Flatbread Infrared Baking Tunnel Oven

FARHAT flatbread Multibake Tunnel Oven is a high temperature oven which reaches max. 500 °C or 932°F.This type of tunnel oven is the perfect solution for many baking applications in the flatbread bakeries industry, where a high temperature and short baking time are needed.

The modulating design of this oven offers the possibility to supply it with energy between 75 to 450 kW per m2 of thermal energy, as well as Independent Belt Pre-heat.

The baking process in this type of flatbread tunnel ovens can be done on:

– Naturel Granite stone.

– Wiremesh CB5 or more open chain conveyor belt.

– Special steel baking band.

This type of high temperature tunnel ovens presents many advantages, among them

– High thermal Energy in m2 which reduces oven size.

– Modulating system for each burner alone.
